1-Required Documents for Employers
- Passport valid for at least 3 months from the end of the visa (Torn and worn passports are not accepted.) If you have an old passport, please present it as well.
- 2 recently taken white biometric photos with a plain background (35mm – 45mm in size, the distance between the forehead and chin must be 32 mm.)
- Completed French Visa Application Form (Filled out by us.)
- Commercial invitation from the company in France (Written on the company letterhead, stamped and signed, stating travel details and dates, in FRENCH or ENGLISH)
- Documents proving travel details (Flight reservation, hotel reservation)
- Petition addressed to the French Consulate General (Istanbul), written on the company letterhead, stamped and signed, stating travel details, your visa request and who will cover the expenses – in ENGLISH or TURKISH
- Photocopy of the company signature circular
- Photocopy of the company tax plate 2018
- Photocopy of the Registration and Activity Certificate from the chamber to which it is affiliated (Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Industry, Craftsmen etc.), recently dated (within the last 6 months)
- Photocopy of the company's Trade Registry Gazette (Establishment, address change if any, distribution of partnership shares)
- SGK registration and service record (barcoded from e-Devlet)
- Company bank account statements (Original bank account statements from the bank for the last 3 months, stamped and signed, with a balance on the last statement, bearing the company's name)
- Photocopy of national ID
- e-Devlet population registration sample and residence certificate
- Travel health insurance covering the travel period, with 30,000 Euro coverage (Arranged by us.)

4-Required Documents for Students

- Recently dated student certificate obtained from the school (Must be obtained within the last 1 month and state that the student status continues.)
- If under 18 years old, a consent letter from the mother and father for overseas travel (Obtained from a notary, the original must be declared during the application, and the date of issue must not be older than 90 days.)
- Personal petition/sponsor petition stating travel details
- Family income declaration (Employer/Employee/Civil Servant/Retired – the documents mentioned above will be provided.)
- Travel health insurance covering the travel period, with 30,000 Euro coverage (Arranged by us.)
