4.5. AEGEANRIDE is responsible for its intermediary activity and for the obligations imposed on it by law. It cannot eliminate its statutory liabilities merely by claiming to be only an intermediary.

4.6. Obligations regarding the actual provision of the service are determined according to the nature of the relevant service and the legal capacity of the provider. The Consumer's rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.

4.7. Refunds of amounts collected by AEGEANRIDE are made within the framework of the legal nature of the relevant service, applicable cancellation and refund conditions, and current legislation.

ARTICLE 5 – RESERVATION AND ORDER PROCESS

5.1. The Consumer selects the desired service and enters the required reservation information completely and accurately into the system.

5.2. Before payment, the main features of the service, provider information, service date, total price, payment terms, and cancellation and change conditions are presented to the Consumer.

6.4. Where payment is collected by AEGEANRIDE, the responsibilities imposed by the relevant legislation on the intermediary collecting the payment remain reserved.

7.5. For transactions entitling the Consumer to a refund, the amount is returned to the Consumer within the periods and by the methods prescribed by current legislation.

7.6. The fact that the amount collected by AEGEANRIDE has not yet been transferred to the service provider, or has been transferred, does not eliminate the Consumer's statutory refund rights.

7.7. If the service is cancelled by the relevant provider or is never provided, the Consumer's refund rights and other rights arising from legislation are reserved.
