CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS BY SERVICE PROVIDER

1. SERVICES ORGANIZED BY AEGEAN RIDE / JALE TURİZM

For ferry trips, island tours, private travel programs and other travel arrangements organized or arranged directly by Jale Turizm under the AEGEAN RIDE brand, the specific cancellation, modification and refund conditions announced in advance for the relevant service shall apply.

The cancellation, modification and refund terms of these services are communicated to the customer at the time of booking and submitted for their approval during the purchase process.

If a service cannot be carried out due to adverse weather, technical failure, port authority decisions, force majeure or operational reasons, alternative dates, modifications or refund options will be evaluated according to the nature of the relevant service and applicable legislation.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

For tours, accommodation, car rentals, restaurant reservations, festivals, events and similar services listed on the AEGEAN RIDE platform but organized or provided by independent third-party companies, the cancellation, modification and refund policy of the company organizing or providing the relevant service shall apply.

For such reservations:

• Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the rules determined by the relevant service provider.
• Free cancellation periods and any cancellation fees are communicated to the customer before the reservation.
• Refundable or non-refundable reservation conditions are clearly stated during the purchase stage.
• If the service provider decides to cancel, postpone or modify the service, the practice of the relevant company and applicable legislation shall be taken as the basis.
• AEGEAN RIDE provides support in tracking the reservation, informing the customer and coordinating with the relevant service provider.

3. IDENTITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND LIABILITY

For each reservation, the company organizing or providing the service is clearly disclosed to the customer.

For services organized directly by AEGEAN RIDE, the relevant organizational and transportation obligations are undertaken by AEGEAN RIDE/Jale Turizm depending on the nature of the service.

For services provided by third-party companies, the service-related obligations of the relevant company are reserved. AEGEAN RIDE's own responsibilities arising from its intermediary, reservation, information and legal duties continue.

Nothing in this document shall be interpreted in a way that eliminates customers' mandatory rights arising from applicable consumer legislation.

4. PRE-BOOKING INFORMATION

Before completing their reservation, customers may review the provider of the relevant service, the cancellation period, refund conditions and any applicable fees.

By completing the reservation, the customer accepts the conditions specific to the relevant service presented during the purchase stage.
