BUSINESS TRAVEL
1-Required Documents for Employers
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the visa (passports older than 10 years, torn and worn passports are not accepted). If you have an old passport, please also present it.
- Completed UK Visa Information Form (request it from our agency).
- Business invitation from the company in the UK (written on company letterhead and signed by an authorized person).
- Documents proving travel details (flight reservation, hotel reservation)
- Petition written on the company letterhead, stamped and signed, addressed to the British Consulate General (Istanbul), stating the travel details, your visa request and who will cover the expenses - ENGLISH
- Photocopy of company signature circular
- Photocopy of company 2018 tax certificate
- Registration and Activity Certificate from the chamber you are affiliated with (Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Industry, Craftsmen and Artisans, etc.) (recently dated, obtained within the last 6 months, photocopy)
- Photocopy of the Company Trade Registry Gazette (establishment, address change if any, partnership share distribution)
- E-Devlet SGK service statement with barcode
- Company bank account (Company account movements for the last 3 months from the bank or banks where the company's accounts are held must be obtained from the bank, stamped and signed. The company's name must appear in the account name section.)
- Personal bank account (Account movements for the last 3 months from the bank or banks where the person's accounts are held must be obtained from the bank, stamped and signed. The person's name must appear in the account name section.)
- Photocopy of identity card
- E-Devlet population family registry record / residence certificate

TOURIST TRAVEL
1-Required Documents for Employers

3. PAYSLIPS FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS (IF SELF-EMPLOYED, BANK ACCOUNT MOVEMENTS FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS)
4. 2 UTILITY BILLS IN THEIR NAME (ELECTRICITY, WATER, etc.)

- Leave letter from the affiliated institution and duty certificate (a document stating the duty they work in and the dates of leave) – ENGLISH if possible
- Payslips for the last 4 months (stamped and signed)

- Personal bank account (Account movements for the last 3 months from the bank or banks where the person's accounts are held must be obtained from the bank, stamped and signed. The person's name must appear in the account name section.)

- Recently dated student certificate from the school (obtained within the last 1 month, stating that the student status continues)
- If under 18, consent letter from mother and father for travel abroad (issued by a notary; the original must be declared during the application; the date of issue must not be older than 90 days)
- Declaration of family income (Employer/Employee/Civil Servant/Retired - the documents mentioned above will be provided)
- Photocopy of house title deed and vehicle registration, if any
- Photocopy of identity card
- E-Devlet population family registry record / residence certificate

5-Required Documents for Retirees

- If the travel is for visiting purposes, the following documents are requested from persons in the UK:

- Retirement income information (www.turkiye.gov.tr) or must be obtained from the institution.
- Account movements for the last 3 months, stamped and signed, must be obtained from the bank where the pension is deposited. In addition, if you have term/demand deposit accounts, you may obtain stamped and signed statements for them from the bank.
- Photocopy of house title deed and vehicle registration, if any
- Photocopy of identity card
