CONDICIONES DE CANCELACIÓN Y DEVOLUCIÓN

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS BY SERVICE PROVIDER

1. SERVICES ORGANIZED BY AEGEAN RIDE / JALE TURİZM

For ferry trips, island tours, private excursion programs and other travel arrangements organized or directly operated by Jale Turizm under the AEGEAN RIDE brand, the specific cancellation, modification and refund conditions published for the relevant service shall apply.

The cancellation, modification and refund terms of these services are communicated to the customer during the booking stage and are presented for approval at the time of purchase.

If a service cannot be carried out due to adverse weather, technical failure, port authority decisions, force majeure or operational reasons, alternative date, modification or refund options will be evaluated in accordance with the nature of the relevant service and applicable legislation.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

For tours, accommodation, car rentals, restaurant reservations, festivals, events and similar services listed on the AEGEAN RIDE platform but organized or provided by independent third-party companies, the cancellation, modification and refund policy of the company organizing or providing the relevant service shall apply.

For such bookings:

• Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the rules determined by the relevant service provider.
• Free cancellation periods and any cancellation fees are communicated to the customer prior to booking.
• Whether a booking is refundable or non-refundable is clearly stated at the purchase stage.
• If the service provider decides to cancel, postpone or modify the service, the practice of the relevant company and applicable legislation shall be taken as the basis.
• AEGEAN RIDE provides support in tracking the reservation, informing the customer and coordinating with the relevant service provider.

3. IDENTITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND LIABILITY

For each booking, the company that organizes or provides the service is clearly disclosed to the customer.

For services directly organized by AEGEAN RIDE, the relevant organizational and transport obligations are assumed by AEGEAN RIDE/Jale Turizm, depending on the nature of the service.

For services offered by third-party companies, the obligations of the relevant company regarding the service remain reserved. AEGEAN RIDE's own responsibilities arising from its intermediary, reservation, information and legal roles continue.

Nothing in these provisions shall be interpreted in a way that eliminates customers' mandatory rights arising from applicable consumer legislation.

4. PRE-BOOKING INFORMATION

Before completing a reservation, the customer may review the provider of the relevant service, the cancellation period, the refund conditions and any applicable fees.

By completing the reservation, the customer accepts the conditions specific to the relevant service presented at the purchase stage.
